DPH Series High-Speed Analog Pressure Sensors | Anruk Pneumatic

The DPH Series is a specialized line of pressure sensors engineered for applications requiring high-resolution data acquisition and continuous monitoring.

The DPH Series is a specialized line of pressure sensors engineered for applications requiring high-resolution data acquisition and continuous monitoring. While the DPS series focuses on switching logic, the DPH Series is optimized for its Analog Output (1-5V or 4-20mA), providing a linear signal proportional to the detected pressure for PLCs, SCADA systems, and high-speed controllers.

These sensors are the industry standard for precision feedback loops in proportional control and automated leak testing.

Key Features

1. High-Linearity Analog Signal

The DPH series utilizes a high-grade silicon diaphragm that ensures a linear output with minimal deviation (±0.2% F.S.). This makes it ideal for process control where “near-enough” isn’t sufficient.

2. Dual-Display Monitoring

Even though its primary function is analog transmission, the DPH includes a bright 4-digit display.

  • Main Display (Green/Red): Shows current pressure value.
  • Sub-Display (Orange): Shows the “Threshold” or “Peak/Bottom” value simultaneously.

3. Integrated Scaling Function

The user can scale the analog output to match the application. For example, you can set the 5V output to trigger at 0.7 MPa instead of the full 1.0 MPa range, allowing for higher resolution within a specific working window.

4. Zero-Adjust & Peak Hold

The sensor allows for easy “Zero-Reset” to compensate for atmospheric pressure changes. The Peak and Bottom hold functions allow the sensor to capture and display the highest or lowest pressure spikes recorded during a cycle.

Signal Processing & Integration

The DPH series is designed to be the “eyes” of your control system. By outputting a 4-20mA signal, it overcomes electrical noise issues over long cable runs, ensuring the PLC receives an accurate representation of the pneumatic state.

Typical Application Loop:

  1. Source: AR/BR Regulator maintains baseline pressure.
  2. Detection: DPH Sensor monitors the actual line pressure.
  3. Feedback: DPH sends 1-5V signal to an Analog Input card on the PLC.
  4. Action: PLC adjusts a proportional valve or triggers an alarm if the analog value drifts.

Installation Styles

  • Type A (Integrated): Standard square body with digital display.
  • Type B (Remote Head): A miniature sensor head (DPH-100 series) connected to a separate digital controller (DPA series), ideal for extremely tight spaces or high-vibration areas.
